FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON HAZELTON ROAD
FROM FRANCE AVENUE TO YORK AVENUE
WHEREAS,the City of Edina has planned improvements for Hazelton Road from France Avenue to
900' East of France Avenue, State Aid Project No. 120-166-004; and
WHEREAS, the City of Edina will be expending Local Funds on the improvements on Hazelton
Road; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the
street; approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid street project must therefore be
conditioned upon certain restrictions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CitV of Edina, Minnesota,that the
City Council of the City of Edina hereby bans the parking of motor vehicles on Hazelton Road,from France
Avenue to York Avenue:
