RESOLUTION NO. 2014-38
SETTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR
2014 ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 20" day of May, 2014, in the Council
Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., to consider improvements toRthe alleys located between
Xerxes and York Avenues and W. 54th and W. 56th Streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall gi mailed and published notice
of such hearings and improvements as required by law.
