RESOLUTION NO. 2014-42
ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Art Center:
Pat Sullivan Donation of Two Art Books
Pat Olson Art Collector Magazines
Dick Crockett Art Book
Wet Paint, Beth Bergman 4$25.00 Gift Cards
Pinstripes 1 $25.00 Gift Card
Braemar Memorial Fund:
Douglas Polish $100.00
