ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Art Center:
John Blair Four Rolls Metallic Tape & Small Ziplock Bags
Cathy Carlson Five Art Books
Barbara La Valleur $348.25 Donation of Edina Sculpture 2012 Proceeds
From Sale of Books To Benefit Edina Public Art
