RESOLUTION NO. 2013-35
Authorizing The Removal Of Erroneously Levied Special Assessments By
Hennepin County On The 2013 Property Tax Statement
WHEREAS, an owner of a specific property,who paid off a previously existing special assessment on
November 29, 2011 was erroneously charged annual principle and interest for 2012 on their 2013 property
tax statement.
WHEREAS,a resolution is required to direct Hennepin County to remove the principle and interest
charges from the 2013 property tax statement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that the following special
assessment is to be removed by Hennepin County from the 2013 property tax statement:
