CALLING PUBLIC HEARINGS
FOR CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
AND DELINQUENT UTILITIES ON OCTOBER 14, 2013
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,that a public hearing
shall be held on the 14th day of October, 2013, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.to pass upon such
proposed assessment, and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such Improvement will be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to assessments for the following projects:
Aquatic Weeds— Imp. No. AQ-13
Weed Mowing— Imp. No. WD-13
Tree Removal — Imp. No. TR-13
50th & France— Improvement M-13
Grandview Square— Improvement G-13
Tracy Ave Roadway Improvements, Improvement No. BA-368
Countryside Neighborhood Roadway Improvement, Improvement No. BA-385
Arctic Way, Improvement No. BA-386
Glacier Place, Improvement No. BA-400
Gleason Court, Improvement No. BA-401
Polar Circle, Improvement No. BA-402
Vernon Court and Vernon Hills Court, Improvement No. BA-403
Valley Estates Neighborhood Roadway Improvement, Improvement No. BA-387
Richmond Hills Park Neighborhood Roadway Improvement, Improvement No. BA-388
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,that a public hearing shall be held
on the 14th day of October, 2013, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.n', to pass upon such certification of
Delinquent Utilities- DU-13,and at such time and place all persons owning proper'y affected by such certification
will be given an opportunity to be heard.
