RESOLUTION NO. 2013-109
ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Public Art In Edina:
Edina Community Foundation $7,650.00 Spaulding Sculpture
Edina Art Center:
50th& France Business Assn. $1,500.00 Stipends For Sculptures At 50th & France
Nancy Ward 12 Boxes of Firebricks& Raku Glazes
