BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: John C.
Wallin is hereby designated to serve as a Director of LOGIS, and Eric Roggeman is hereby
designated to serve as Alternate Director of LOGIS for the year 2012 and until their successors
are appointed.
