'4 ' �y ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
•<, BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real City of Edina
or personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two thirds
majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere appreciation the
following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Art Center:
Tom Bates Five Large and One Small Canvass
Edina Park Department:
Karol Emmerick 200 Clumps Hybrid Daylily Seedlings To be planted at Arneson Acres
Park
