NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,
that a public hearing shall be held on the 1st day of May, 2012, in the Council Chambers at City Hall
at 7:00 p.m. to consider assessment of refuse removal for public health nuisance abatement:
• Property PID 19-028-24-22-0024; 4617 Golf Terrace, Edina, MN Levy #18165;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvements as required by law.
