This Indenture, made this thy of l95-�% between
I. I. NAIEVEDT and MHER S. NANTVEDT, husband and wife, Of the county of'Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, party of the first part, and the VILLAGE OF EDIK&j, a municipal
corporation under the laws of the State Of I Minnesota., party of the second part.

of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
th® said party of the second part., the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
Grant., Bargain., Quitclaim and convey unto the said party of the second part, its success-
ors and assigns., Forever., all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
