This Indenture, made this day of , 1953, between
LOREN B. ABBETT and BERENICE L. ABBETT, husb and wife, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal
corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant,
Bargain, Quitclaim and Convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, Forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and bang W the jounty of

The purpose of this Deed is to convey the above described premises to the second
party for roadway purposes only.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto, and belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, Forever.
