E A S E M E N T
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 20 A day of J4 , 1953, between
NAN A. MnIER, a widow, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
party of the first part, and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation`
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESsETH, That the said party of the first part, in, consid-
eration of the sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part.,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain.
Quitclaim and Convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, forever, a perpetual street easement over and across all the
tract or parcel of land lying-and being in the County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota, described as follows, to wit:
Comtaancing at the North Quarter corner of Section
Thirty (30), ToWnshi Twenty -eight (28) North,
Range Twenty -four (2) Nest of the Fourth Principal
Meridian; thence South, a distance of Three Hundred
Twenty -six and six- tenths feet (326.611); thence West,
a distance of Twenty -five feet (251) parallel to the
North line of said Section; thence North parallel to
the East line of the Northwest Quarter (14444-) of said
Section, a distance of Fifty feet (501); thence West]
a distance of Five feet (51) paralel to-the North
line of`said Section; thence North parallel to the
East line of the Northwest Quarter (NV;4L-) of said
Section to the North line of said Section; thence
East along the North line of said Section, to the
point of beginningjaccording to the United States
Government survey t ereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, Forever.
IN TESTIMONY WMOF, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set her hand the day and year first above written.

Gentlemen:
We enclose herewith recorded easement-running from
Nan A. Miller, a widow, to Village of Edina, conveying the
following described real estate, to -wits
Commencing at the North Quarter corner of
Section Thirty (30), Township Twenty -eight
(28) North, Range Twenty -four (24) West of
the Fourth Principal Meridian; thence South,
a distance of Three Hundred Twenty -six and
six- tenths feet (326.6); thence West, a
distance of Twenty -five feet (25), parallel
to the North line of said Section; thence
North parallel to the East line of the
Northwest Quarter (NW24,) of said Section, a
distance of Fifty feet (50); thence West
a distance of Five feet (5) parallel to the
North line of said Section; thence North
parallel to the East line of the Northwest
Quarter (NWJ) of said Section to the North
line of said Section; thence East along the
North line of said Section, to the point of
beginning, according to the United States
Government survey thereof.
This easement was filed for record in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Hennepin County on July 27, 1953, at 12s15 o'clock P.M.,
and was recorded in Book 1967 of Deeds, page 29.
