QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 94 day of 1952,
between ALMA DUUS, a widow, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
party of the first part, and VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration#
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim and Convey unto
the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever, all
the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota, described as follows, to —wit:
The West Thirty — three (33) feet of the following described
tract of land: Conanencin at a point in the West line of
the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section Thirty (30), Town-
ship Twent eight (28), Range Twenty—four (24), One Hundred
Fifty (150 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof;
than ce East and parallel with the North line of said North-
east Quarter (NEt), One Hundred Sixty —eight (168) feet;
thence South and parallel with the West line of the said
Northeast Quarter (NEI) to the North line, as extended.,
Southeasterly of the tract of land described in that cer-
tain warranty dead recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, as Document
No. 2578301; thence Northwesterly along said North line to
the West line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE thgRco
