THIS IrIDENTURE, Made and entered into this `' ,'aay of March
1947, by and between Ernest W. Nylund and Palma M. Nylund, his wife,
grantors, and Village of Edina, a municipal corporation, grantee,
WITNESSETH, That said grantors in consideration of the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by said grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
r
grant to said grantee, its successors said assigns,(an easement for high-
way purposes in, over, and upon the tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Hennepin and State of 1,Rinnesota described as follows
towit:
That part of Government Lot Four (4), in Section Thirty -three
(33), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -one (21), des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence South
along the East line of said Lot 4 a distance of 45 feet; thence
"hest parallel with the North line of said Lot 4 a distance of
33 feet; thence on a tangential curve to the right with a rad-
ius of 2693.8 feet a distance of 202.16 feet to point of rev-
erse curve; thence on a reverse curve to the left with a, rad-
ius of 2633.8 feet a distance of. 197.66 feet to a point which
is 30 feet South at right angles from the North line of said
Lot 4; thence "test parallel with said North Line of Lot 4 to
the West Line of said Lot 4; thence North along said Pest Line '
of Lot 4 to the North Line of said Lot 4; thence East along
said North Line to the point of beginning, subject to public
easement in Trunk Highway No. 100.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID NASE1T,!11T unto the said grantee, its
successors and assigns, forever.
