This Indenture, Made.this _ day of 1952, between �R-
;TTNER, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party of the first part,
the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minno -
rota, party of the second part,
WITf1ESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of the'' sda. of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant
Bargain, Quitclaim and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Hennepin and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wits
Commencing at a point located 50 reds (825 fret) East of the West line of the
Southwest quarter (S.W.t) of the Southwest quarter (S,W 4) of Section Nineteen
(19), Township Twentyb,4ght (28) North, Range Twenty-four (24) West of the 4th
Principal Meridian and Eight - hundred three and six-tenths (803.6) feet Borth
of the South line of said section, thence South for a distance of One hundred
eighty% -two (1$2.0) feet parallel to the west line of the said section; thence
Northwesterly Four and four- tenths (4.40) feet more or less to a point thirty
(30,0) feet west of the west line of said Virginia Avenue addition as of record
and on file in the office of Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
measured at right angles thereto; thence north parallel with the West line of
said Virginia Avenue Addition, to the south property line of Valley View Road;
thence southeasterly a distance five and six- tenths (5.6) feet more or loss to
the point of beginning.
The purpose of this deed is to convey the above described premises to second
party for roadway purposes onlyq but no utility poles.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD TH8 SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurton -
antes thereunto, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, Forever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand
