The Southerly One Hundred Fifty (150) feet of the North One -half (N *) of
the East One -half (E -J) of the Best One -half (W*) of the Northwest Quarter
(NWJ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Thirty (30), Township
One Hundred Seventeen (117) North, Range Twenty -one (21) West, according
to the United States Government survey thereof, measured that length along
the Easterly and westerly lines of said tract:
Subject to any rights of way for road purposes.
This deed is given for rightofway and road purposes and with the under-
standing that all property owners to the East of the property lines shall
deed Ten(10) feet of ground and all property owners to the West of the
property lines shall deed Twenty -five (25) feet of ground. This deed shall
be void unless said second party received deeds from all other property
owners over which this road shall run, or if said road is later abandoned
by said second party.
As part of the consideration for this deed said second party agrees to
make and keep a proper and passable road on all or part of the Thirty -Five
(35) foot rightcC, way and a proper means of entrance and egress from this
road to the property herein described.
