Dear Phil:
After your call relative to transfer of right of
way on Ridge Road from the adjoining property holders to the
Village, I have visited the Court Rouse and find the deeds are
all recorded showing twenty -five feet on the west side of the
line and ten feet on the east side of the line or a thirty -five
foot right of way deeded to the Village, and the court record
of documents is as follows:

We are all very much interested in having the grade ad-
justed at the south end of Ridge Road so that we will get drainage
and have the road in shape for oiling for which petition is being
written.
