A twenty (20) foot easement for utility purposes only in, under and through land
lying and being in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (N<d4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SIr14), Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty -eight (28), Range Twenty -four
(24), proceed North along the East line of said N,44 of said SIJ- a distance of 299,06
feet; thence ':Jest at a 901 angle to said East line a distance of 713.87 feet to the
actual point of beginning of the center line of said 20 foot easement; thence along
said center line in an Easterly direction and parallel to the South line of said Wil
of said Ski- 455.7 feet to a point; thence in a Northeasterly direction along a
reverse curve with radii of 208.63 feet, to a point arrived at by proceeding from
said Southeast corner of said I vd4 of said Sbd4 north along the East line of said IT&
of said S'19 a distance of 309.06 feet; thence West and at a 901 angle to said East
line a distance of 165 feet; after said reverse curve reaches said last described
point, the center line of said easement proceeds in an Easterly direction and
