EASWNT FOR UTILITIES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 26th day of oetober I 19..Ss by and between
Arvid ]is Ahnert and Matilda Ahnert , husband and wife
of the County of Hennepin and State of: Minnesota, parties of the first part, axed
the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation of the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of One
and No /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell and
Convey to said party of UA second part an Easement for the purposes hereinafter
set forth, in and over the following described property situated in the Village
of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to wits
Ee 3301 of S. 1401 of No 6521 of that part of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.E,1 /4
lying W. of Peacedale Acres. (Parcel 6030)
A strip of land 161 in width, the centerline of which enters the above
described property at a point 146,751 W. of S.E. corner on azimuth
01° -•361; thence to a point 148.51, W. of N.E. corners
The above described land all lying within Sec. 30, Twrp. 28, Range 24.
This Easement is given for Trunk Severer purposes only.
is vthe' -intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party of the
second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said utilities, replace
the surface after any excavation in connection with such construction or maintert»
once work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before such excavation.
The duration of this easement shall be pearpstual„
