Village of Edina and unto its successors and assigns until January 1. 2956,
The parties of the first part do hereby covenant with the Village
of Edina that they are lawfully seized and possessed of the real estate
above described; that they have a good and lawful right to convey it., or
any part thereof; that it is free from all encumbrances; and that they
will forever warrant and defend the title thereto against the lawful
claims of the persons whomsoever.
IN WITIMSS WHEREOF the parties of the first part have hereunto

husband and wife.. of the County of Hennepin.* State of Minnesotas parties
of the first parts and the Village of Edinap a municipal corporations of
the County of Hennepin., State of Minnesotan party of the second parts
WITNESSETHs That for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar (81*00) and other good and valuable considerations, cash in hand
paid., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) the parties of the
first part have this day bargained and sold., and by these presents/ do
bargain., sells convey., transfer., and deliver unto the Village of Edina.,
an easement and right- of-mys including the right to enter upon the real
estate hereinafter described., at any time that trunk sewer , No's 2 is
in process of construction but not later than January I., 1956, for the
purpose of facilitating the construction of sanitary trunk sewer .No. 69„
at and near the hereinafter described lands., and the further right to
deposit upon said lands all dirt., stones, boulders., sand and gravel
which shall be necessary or incidental to the construction of said
trunk sewer No, ft with the right to allow said dirt., stones., boulders$
sand and gravel to remain for a reasonable length of time during construc-
tion of said sanitary trunk sewer No. 69 but not to remain later than
January 1., 1956.
The land affected by the grant of this easement and right -of -way
is located in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesotan and is more
particularly described as follows:
Korth 114 feet of Lot 24 and south 22 feet of Lot 25s Block 16, West
Minneapolis Heights.
