in consideration of One Dollar (41.00),and other valuable considerations,
does hereby Convey and Warrant to the VILLAGE OF EDINA, Grantee., for
highway purposes., free and clear of all incumbrances, the following des-
cribed real estate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota:
That part of Government Lot Seven (7). Section Thirty-three (33).
Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty one (21) West, described,
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Gorner of_ aid..Lot 7., thence
