THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this day of February,
1 °40, by and between George N. Guinont and Elizabeth A. Guimorit,
husband and wife and C. J. Danens and Marion Danens, husband and
wife, of the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, parties of the
first part, and the Village of Edina, a 'Municipal Corporation, party
of the second part,
"'ITNESSETH, That the parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other ccnsidergtions to them
in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof i s .
hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, bargin Aifd, JconvQy an easement
for street purposes unto the party of the seed part a>nd its succe-
ssors over the following described property si Mated and being in the

Commencing at the Yorthwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township One Hundred
Sixteen (116), Range Twenty -one (i°31), thence East a distance of
Thirty feet, thence South parallel with the 17est line of said
northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of Five
Hundred Twenty -five feet, thence West thirty feet to the Vest
line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence
North along the Vest line of said Northeast Quarter of the North-
west Quarter to the point of beginning. Also coirxrencing at a point
on the rest Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section Eight (8); Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) Range
Twenty-one (21), Nine hundred Eighty -eight and 19 /100 (988.19)
feet South from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter, thence East a distance of Thirty feet, thence
North parallel with the Vest line of the Northeast Ouarter of the
Northwest Quarter a distance of Two hundred Fifty feet, thence
rest a distance of Thirty feet to the Test line of said Northeast
Ouarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence South along the Vest line
of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the point of
beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME to the said party of the second
part and its suecessars for the uses and purposes hereinbefore set
forth.
