DESIGNATING DIRECTOR
AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: Public Works
Director is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority and Finance Director
is hereby designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rats Authority for the year 2020 and
until their successors are appointed.
