I, BEN B. MOORE, duly elected, qualified and acting
Recorder of the Village of Edina, do hereby certify that at
the meeting of said Village Council held at Grange Hall on
50th Street and Wooddale Avenue in said Village on Monday the
9th day of February, 1931 at 8:00 o'clock P. M. the resolution
of said Council hereto attached and made a part hereof vacating
certain streets as in said resolution described was duly passed
by the unanimous vote of the said Village Council.
Dated at Grange Hall, Village of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota,

12/18/30 John Moore, The following described premises: Commencing on the east line For 47th Street
(widower) of section twenty eight (28) Township One hundred and seventeen
(117) Range twenty -one (21) West 5th P M Minnesota at a point
five hundred and thirty six and 2/10 (536.2) south of the South
Line of the right of way of the Minneapolis Lyndale and Minne-
tonka Ry Co (Being known as the Twin City Rapid Transit Company),
said South line of said Right of way being also seven hundred and
fifty four (754) feet south of the north east corner of said
section -- THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION curving to the left with
a radius of two hundred and ninety one and 1 /10 (291.1) feet a
distance of one hundred and four and 8/10 (104.8) feet - THENCE -
on a curve to the right with a radius of five hundred and twenty
seven and 8/10 (527.8) feet a distance of one hundred and fifty
two and 9110 (152.9) THENCE South 85 degrees and 58 minutes
west a distance of seventy two (72) feet to a point on a line
that is parallel with and three hundred and twenty three and 6/10
(323.6) feet west of the east line of the above named Section
THENCE north on said parallel line Twenty and 1 /10 (20.10) feet
to a Point on a line that is at Right angles with said Section
line Said Right angle line beginning at a point Thirteen hundred and
twenty seven (1327) feet south of the North east corner of said
Section line and also being in the center of the western terminus
of the Tract hereby Conveyed and would also pass through a BURR OAK
TREE on the easterly Bank of Minnehaha Creek., which said TREE is
the South west corner of Certain Tract of land Deeded by Grantor
Herein to Howard W. Page by Warranty deed Nov. 23rd 1910 recorded
in Vol 700 of deeds page 70- and the above described RIGHT ANGLE
LINE" is the legal line between the lands of:said Page and that
of another tract deeded by above. named Grantor (John Moore) to
one Lamoreaux dated Jan 2, 1922, recorded in Vol 933 of Deeds
at page 533 which said Tract adjoins the Page Tract on the South -
and the above described "Oak Tree" Right Angle line is the
accurate Boundary between said Page and Lamoreaux Tracts and
also the accurate Boundary between Lots 37 - -and 38 in Auditor's
Subdivision No. 176 according to the Recorded-Plat of said
Auditorts Subdivision - and said OAK TREE line being Marked on the
ground*by a fence and at this date and all previous times has been
recognized as the true boundary between the above Page and Lamoreaux
