paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the
first part have this day bargained and sold, and by these presents do
li bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto the Village of

an easement and right.�of «way, including the right to enter upon the real
estate hereinafter described, at any time that trunk sewer N9,§2 is
j in process of construction but not later than January 1, 1.956, for the
purpose of facilitating the construction of sanitary trunk sewer Nos
at and near the hereinafter described lands, and the further right to
deposit upon said lands all dirty stones, boulders, sand and gravel
which shall be necessary or incidental to the construction of said
trunk sewer 112- with the right to allow said dirt, stones, boulders,
sand and gravel to remain for a reasonable length of time during construe -
tion of said sanitary trunk sewer NO* 69 but not to remain later than
January 1, 1956.
The land affected by the grant of this easement and right -•of -.way
is located in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and is more

Lest 24 and south 20 feet of Lot 3.52 Bleak 160 Nest Minneapolis Heights.
