EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this -:'�day of .RsS by and
between Allan Garrison and Helen M. Garrison,) Husband
and Wife , of the County of Hennepin and State of Minniesota.,
parties of the first party and the Village of Edina, a municipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of 114innesota, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH, ` That the said parties of the first part] in
consideration of One and no /'100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do Grant, Bargains Sell and Convey to said party of the
second part an .Easement for the purposes hereinafter set forth, in and

thence North 880 091 40" East 90.85 feet to a point of curve to the rights
delta angle of 880 001 28 ", Radius of 25.00 feet., are length of 38.4 feet
to end of curve; thence South 30 49t 52" East 305.31 feet to a point of
curve to the left, delta angle of 880 001 28 ", radius of 85.00 feet, are
length of 130.56 feet to end of curve; thence North 880 091 4011 East
53.15 feet; thence North 00 041 24" West 60.03 feet; thence South 880 091400
West 55.0 feet to a point of curve to the right., delta angle of 880 001 28 "s
radius of 25.0 feet, are length of 3864 feet to end of curve; thence North
30 491 52" West 305.31 feet to a point of curve to the left., delta angle of
380 20t 21 ", radius of 85.0 feet, are length of 56.88 feet to the North line

feet to the point of beginning.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utilities, replace the surface after any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation
The duration of this easement shall be perpetual,
The parties of the first part hereby covenant and warrant
that they have good title to said real estate and that they will warrant
and defend the said easement and the enjoyment in use thereof to the party
of the second part; and the parties of the first part make that warranty
for themselves., their hears and assigns forever,
