THIS INDENTURE, Made this jj,;�.v day of 1955,
SOUTHDALE CENTER, INC., a Minn-esota corporation, party of
the first part, and THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum: of One Dollar ($1.00) and other ,good and valuable consideration,
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim and Convey
unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, Forever,
all the tract or parcel of land lying and beinj_ in the County ofHennepin
and State of Minnesota, described is follows, to-wit:
Tract F, Registered Land Survey No. 432, files of Registrar
of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress t6 the above
described tract of land over and along Tracts G and H, Registered
Land Survey No. 432, files of Registrar of Titles in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, 1b gether with all the heredita-
ments and appurtenances therounto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to
the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, Forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its corporate name by its duly authorized
officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed the day and year first
