Pukwana Lane, between k3oOth & W 49th St.
'tMMEAS, petition of a majority of the owners of real property abutting
that portion of Pukwana Lane lying between W -48th and W.49th Streets,
and abutting Lots 6 and 7 Block-2 and Lots 6 and % Block 3, Tingdale
Bros, Brookside, as platted and of record in office of the Register
of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, has been duly filed with the
Village Council; and said Council has met at the time and place speci-
fied in a notice duly published and posted and has heard all interested
persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that said portion
of said street be vacated.. now therefore..
BE IT RSOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina that
that portion of Pukwana, Lane lying between 1,1* 8th and W*49th Streets,
and abutting Lots 6 and 7.. Block 2 and Lots 6 and 7,0 Block 3# T ngdale
Bros. Brookside,; as the same is recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Hennepin County.. Minnesota# is hereby vacated; provided
that said Village excepts from this vacation proceedings and reserves
unto itself and its assigns an easement for all public utility purposes,
including. without limiting the general nature of said reservation,, an
easement for electric) gas,, sewer# water* and telepkone equipment on,
over and under the center ten feet in wii.dth'of the street hereby vacated.
