THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 12th day of August 199, by and
between George Hansen and Jennie Hansen husband
and toif.P ' of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second party the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged) do Grant, Bargain,, Sell and Convey to said party of the
second part an Easement for the purposes hereinafter set forth, in and
over the following described property situated in the Village of Edina,
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesotan to wit:

This Easement is for Storm Sewer purposes only.

•It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utilities, replace the surface after any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation.
The duration of this easement shall be perpetual.

The first easement (Document 2960060) must be held for
maintenance of the existing storm sewer north of ##5424
France. (See attached sketch.)
The second easement (Document 2835466) is not necessary.
I thought it had been abandoned - vacated, returned.
It lies under an apartment building.

To a storm sewer easement in favor of the City of
Edina in the North 5 feet of Lot 2, Block 1,
"ELMWO . OD TERRACE", Hennepin County, Minnesota, as
shown by instrument recorded in-Book 2056 of Deeds,
Page 31, Doc. No. 2960860.
2) That the Decree of Registration shall not contain any
reference to the following storm sewer easement referred to
in paragraph 4(g) of the Examiner's Report:
To a storm sewer easement in favor of the City
of.Edina in the North 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 1,
"ELMWOOD TERRACE SECOND ADDITION" as shown by the
instrument recorded in Book 1973 of Deeds, Page
608, Doc. No. 2835466..
Said easement has been abandoned by the City of Edina.
