the Grantor, their heirs, successors or assiguis, for any
loss or da_raap-,e resulting, to any portion of the above
described tract of land, other than the -portion covered by
this easement, or to any buildings Or StTUCtUreS on said

easement, arising out of the use by the Grantee of said
easement, and the Grantee further covenants that it shall
