RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
PORTION OF "ADAMS AVENUE"
WI:,REAS, petition of a majority of the owners of real property abutting
that portion of Adams Avenue lying between the North line of Section
Thirty (30), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117) North, Range Twenty-
one (21) West and a straight line extending from the Northwest Corner
of said Section to the Northwest Corner of Lot Twenty -six (26), Block
Six (6), West Minneapolis Heights, as platted and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, has been duly
filed with the Village Council for the Vacation of said portion of Adams
Avenue; and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a
notice duly published and posted and has heard all interested persons,
and it appears. in the interest of the public that said street be vacated,
now therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina that "That

portion of Adams Avenue lying between the North line of Section Thirty
(30), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117) North, Range Twenty -one (21)
,,Test and a straight line extending from the Northwest Corner of said
Section to the Northwest Corner of Lot Twenty -six (26), Block Six (6),
West Minneapolis Heights; be and is hereby vacated.
Adopted this 23rd day of April, 1956.
