, Deeds have been executed to release storm sewer easements over these '

of November 27, approving release.

RE: Release of Storm Sewer .Basements over lots in
Southdale Third Addition
Attention: Mr. Joe Zikan
Dear Joe:
I enclose herewith an original_ and one copy each o three
de =ids, one to the present fee owners of Lot 6, one to the present fee
owner oi, Lot 7 and one to the .present fee owner of Lot 8, all in Block
5, Southdale Third Addition, and all being; from the Village of Edina.
These deeds are given to release the flowage and water storage ease-
ments which the Village was liven over each of said lots by instruments
from the then fee owners executed on August 1, 1956.
We have had a request only for the Quit Claim Deed to Lot 7.
However, as we,agreed in our telephone conversation of today, because
the Village no longer needs these easements since the installment of
a sewer system in the area is now adequate, the Village might as well
release at this time, its easement -rights over all of the lots. If there
are any other lots in this area which should also be released from this
easement at this time, please advise, and I.will prepare the instruments.
Please have the original of each of the deeds executed by the
Village and returned to r.1e. The other copy of each is for Your records.
