THIS IND' NTURE, Made and entered into this 7th day of February
19 56 , by and between Melvin E. Sagar and Natalie Sagar , husband
and wife , grantors, and Village of Edina, a municipal corporation, grantee,
WITNESSETH, that said grantors in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND N01100 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - DOLLARS,
and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt of -which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to said grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for highway and public utility purposes in,
over, under, and upon the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Hennepin and State of Minnesota described as follows to wit:
The East 15 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 2, Sagar Square
This easement is given with the stipulation that when the service
drive grade is constructed, Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 2, Sagar Square
Addition will have easy access to this drive.`
