E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Business Developers, Inc., a Minne-
sota corporation, and Bar -Z -Bar Equipment Co., a Minnesota corporation, in considera-
tion of the sum of One and no /100 Dollars ($1,00) and other good and valuable con-
sideration, to them in hand paid by Northern States Bower Company, a Minnesota
corporation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto.said
Northern States power. Company, its successors and assigns,, the right, privilege
and authority to construct, operate and maintain its lines for the transmission of
electrical energy, including the necessary poles, wires, guys, stubs, anchors and
other fixtures over, across and upon the following described real estate, now owned
by them in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The south five (5) feet of Lot One (1) and the south five
(5) feet of the east ninety (90) feet of Lot 'twenty (20)
and the north five (5) feet of Lot Two (2) and the north
five (5) feet of the east ninety- (90) feet of Lot Nineteen
(19), all in Block Two (2), Grand View Heights, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Also leave one anchor and one pole as now located in
vacated Hopkins Road fifty -six (56) feet more or less
east of Minneapolis, Northfield and South Railroad
right -of -way.
The rights herein granted shall include the right to engage in standard joint
use of facilities with other public utilities.
There is also hereby granted unto said Northern States Power Company, its suc-
cessors and assigns, the right, privilege and authority to trim or cut down any
trees which may interfere with the construction, maintenance and operation of such
lines, together with the right to enter upon the above described premises at any
and all times for the purposes above set forth.

for said County, personally appeared E. E._Igelsrud and Fred Lundin, to me per-
sonally known, who, being each by me duly sworn, did say that they are
respectively the President and Secretary of Business Developers, Inc., the
corporation named in the foregoing instrument, and that the seal affixed to
said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instru-
ment was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of its
Board of Directors, and said E. E. Igelsrud and Fred Lundin acknowledged said
