RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
"JOSEPHINE COURT" E
WHEREAS, petition of a majority of the owners of real property
abutting "Josephine Court" as platted in Sagar Square, as platted.,
and of record in office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin
County, Minnesota., has been duly filed with the Village Council
i
for the Vacation of said "Josephine Court "; and said Council has
met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published
and posted and has heard all interested persons, and it appears
in the interest of the public that said street be vacated now
therefore:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina that
I
"Josephine Court" be and is hereby vacated.
Adopted this 12th day of March, 1956.
