RESOLUTION 'vacating allay in Block

Fourteen, Mendelss`ohn, An Addition in the Village of Edina.

WHEREAS, the petition of all of the omers of land adjoining
and abutting upon the alley hereinafter-described, having been filed
'with the Village Council of the Villag` of Edina, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, petitioning for the vacation of the alley in Block
Fourteen (14) Mendelseohn, in said Village; and ..
WMMW,, due posted and published notice of the hearing upon -
said petition having been given as provided by statue; and.
WBEMU, at the meeting of the village Council designated in
said Notice, having been held and the said petition duly considered, and
it being deemd for the public iiterest that said alley be vaoai}edf
NOW, - THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, That the certain alley, de-
dicated and existing as such in Block.-Fourteen (14) Mendelssohn, an
Addition in said Hennepin County, located in said Village of Edina,
according to the plat of said Addition on file and of record.in.ths
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County, 'be
and the same hereby is vacated.

CERTIFICATE.
I, Ben B. Moore, do hereby certify that I am the duly elested,`
qualified and acting Clerk and Recorded of the Village of Edini, a mauioi-
pal corporation in the County of Hennepin, Minnesota;
I further certify, that at a regular meeting of the Village Qounail
of the maid Village of Edina, held at Grange Hall, located'in said Village.
atbthe intersection of Highway No 100 and Brien Avenue, on Monday,, August
14th, 1939, at eight o+olook P. M. of said day, the foregoing Resolution
was duly adopted by the unanimous vote of the umbers of the Village Council,
and that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of the rosolu-
tion so passed as aforesaid.
I further certify that the seal hereto attached is the eorporate
seal of the said Village of Edina.
