DEED OF SLOPE EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this 23rd day of July ,
19 514 by and between Gerald Highfield, and Elaine ' grantor, and VILLAGE OF EDINA

a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, grantee,
WITNESSETH, That whereas said grantor is the owner of the tract of land
in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, viz:
Lot 1, Block 1, Harriet Manor 2nd Addition. and
Lot 2, Block 1, Harriet Manor 2nd Addition
and said grantee is the owner of a street easement over and across a tract of land
in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, which adjoins said land of said
grantor, on the East ; and said grantor and grantee have agreed upon the slope
easement hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, The said grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by said grantee,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to said grantee, its success-
ors and assigns, an easement to construct I I ca3cmcslopes upon the lands here-
inafter mentioned, together with full right of access thereto and the right to dis-
pose of excess dirt and fill as grantee may find to be necessary or advisable, said
easement including reasonable access to adjacent land of grantor for the purpose of

easement to be in, over, and upon, that part of said land of said grantor described

as follows: The east 60' of Lot 2, Block 1, Harriet Manor 2nd Addition with the
following reservations:
1. The same top soil is to be replaced after the ground is sloped and sod
replaced to the original condition.
2. All trees removed shall be replaced; and the cesspool and septic tank
located on Lot 2 approximately 5t -81 inside the South lot line, half Tray down the slope

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto said grantee, its successors and
assigns, so long as the above mentioned street easement is in force and no longer,
