abutting that portion of Valley View Road in Southwest Quadrant of the inter-
section of West 66th Street and France Avenue South, hereinafter described;
and said Council has not at the time and place specified in a notion duly
published and posted and has heard all interested persons, sacs it appears in
the interest of the 3ublio that said portion of said street be vacated;

Beginning at a point 55 feet South and 63 feet West of
the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of e

Quarter; thence South a distance of 125 feet along a
