RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
(That portion of Arthur Street lying
between the North and South Block Lines
of J.M. Dueers Subdivision of Block 31,
Hamelet of Mendelssohn)
WHEREAS, petition of a majority of the owners of real property abutting that
portion of Arthur Street lying between the North and South Block Lines of J.
M. Dueets Subdivision of Block 31., Mamlet of Mendelssohn, as platted and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
had been duly filed with the Village Council; and set Council has met at the
time and place specified in a notice duly published and posted and has heard
all interested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that
said portion of said street be vacated, now therefore%
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina that that
portion of Arthur Street hereinbefore described be and is hereby vacated,
Adopted this 23rd Day of August., 1951.

true and correct copy of the resolution passed by the Edina Village Council
at its regular meeting held August 23, 1954,, as recorded in the official
Book of Minutes of said meeting.
