abutting the line of "all that Part of Golf Terrace, a dedicated street
in the Plat of Golf Terrace Heights, according to the map or Plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin Covent , Minnesota, lying Northerly of a line (hereinafter referred
to as 'Line All drawn parallel to and distant sixty (60) foot Northerly
from the fallowing described line, to -,nits
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Two (2), shock Two (2)1,
Golf Terrace Heights; thence Northwesterly on a straight line to a
point in the Northwesterly line of said Lot Two (2) distant 33.11
feet Southwesterly from the swot Northerly corner of said Lot Two
(2) measured along said northwesterly line; thence Westerly to the
Wet Northerly corner of Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2), Golf Terrace
Heights, and there terminating.
Also
All that Part of the above referred to Golf Terrace lying Northerly
of Line A extended Westerly to the center of said Golf terrace; and
thence drawn Southwesterly to the tangent Point at the Westerly
extremity of the curve in the Southeasterly corner of Lot Eight (8),
Block One (1), Golf Terrace Heights,
has been duly filed with the 'tillage Council and said Council has not at the
time and Place specified in a notion duly published and posted wsd has heard
all interested Persons; and it appears in the interest of the public that
said portion of said street be Yaoated, now therefore
BE IT RESOLT -ED by the Village Council of the Village of Wins that
that portion of Golf Terrace heretofore described be, and hereby is, vaeatod.
Adopted this 25th day of September, 1950.
