Addition, has been duly filei with the Village Council and said Council !`
has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published and
posted and has,heard all interested persons, and it appears in the int-
erest of the public that said portion of said street be vacated, now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina
that Dearborn Street between Maloney and Udaterman Avenues, as the
same is now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of
said Village, is hereby vacated,
