Danens offered the following Aesalution and moved its adoptions
RMUMON VACATING STREET
Pursuant to petition of a majority of the property owners abutting
an that part of Arden Avems and West 45th Street hereinafter described
and it appearing that hearing was held on this date pursuant to Two
weeks' published and posted notice thereof,
NOW THEREFORIl B6 IT RESOLV$D by the Village Council of the Village
of 3dina, That that portion of West Forty -Fifth Street and that part of
Arden Avenue lying, within the Country Club District, Fairway Section
and described as followst
"That part of Arden Avenue and that part of West Forty -
Fifth Street, according to the plat of said Country Club
District Fairway Section filed in the Office of the
Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, Jy 7,
-1924,, which lie east of a line commencing at the southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Country Club District, Fairway
Section and running thence northerly in a str&ght line
55 feet to a point 139.75 feet west of the east line of
said Lot 1; and which lie south of a line comencing at a
point 139.75 feet west of the east line of Lot 1, Block 2,
Country Club District, Fairway Section and 55 feet north
of the southwest corner of said lot and running thence
easterly to a point on the east line of said lot 55 feet
north of the southeast corner thereof"
be, and the same hereby is, vacated to be effective from and after the
passage of this resolution.
Motion for adoption was seconded by Palen, and on Rollcall there were three
ayes and no nays, as follows: Dansns, aye; Palen, aye; and Erickson, aye;
and the Resolution was adopted.
