owners of the premises hereinafter described, situated in the Tillage of
Edina, County ,of Hennepin and State of PI!innesota, and
I.IMREAS, the undersigned is desirous of having a sewer constructed and
thereafter maintained for the service -of their property,
I?0 TG7EREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
wee the undersigned, hereby give and grant unto the Village of Edina, a
t'munic1pal corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of 1,11innesota,
q-a perpetual easement of the necessary width and of the necessary depth
for the construction, installation, operation, maintenance and repair
of a sewer, in, under, over and upon the following described line to wit;
Commencing at a point in the Easterly line of Lot 6, Block 3 Sunnyslope
Addition, which is 4 feet Northerly measured along said .Easterly line
from the Southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence Southwesterly along
a straight line to a point in the 17esterly line of said Lot 6 which is
sixty two (62) feet Northerly measured along said 7,esterly line from
the Southwest corner of said Lot 6.
It is'understood that the said sewer will be constructed and thereafter
maintained as nearly as may be in the location upon said premises
established or to be established by the engineer in charge of the
construction of said sewer,
IN TESTI111ONY 7MEREOF, the said THORPE BROS., has caused these presents
to be executed in its corporate name by its .. ........ and

affixed this 23rd day of January, 1941.
