the owners of the premises hereinafter desetibed situated in the
Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned are desirous of having a sanitary sewer
constructed and thereafter maintained for the service of their
property,

NOW TUB EFORE in consideration of the premises and of the sum
of One Dollar(J1.00) to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby aoknowledgedfN we, the undersigned, hereby give sand grant.
unto the Village of :Edina, a miiuieipal corporation of, the County
of Hennepig and State of Minnesota., a perpetual easement of the
necessary width and depth for the construction, installation,
operation, maintenance and repair of a sanitary sewer, in, under,
over and upon the following described premises, to -wit:
North 15 feet of the East 1/2 of the North 1/.4 of
the South ?hest 1/4 of the North Ea6 - 1/4 of
Section 19, Township 28, Range 24.

and thereafter maintained as nearly as may be in the location up-
