the premises hereinafter described situated in the Village of Edina$
County of Hennepil and State of Minnesota, and ,
Whereas, the undersigned is desirous of having a sewer constructed and
thereafter maintained for the service of their property.
Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, we, the undersigned, hereby give and grant unto the
Village of Edina, a municipal corporation of the County of Hennepin,
and State of Minnesota, a perpetual easement of the necessary width an d
of the necessary depth for the construction, installation, operation,
maintenance and repair of a sewer, in, under, over and upon the
following described premises, to wit;
South 30 feet of the South 1/2 of the South West 1/4 of the
North East 1/4 of the North East 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28,
Range 24.
It is understood that the said sewer will be constructed and thereafter
maintained as nearly as may be in the location upon said premises
established or to be established by the engineer in charge of the
construction of said sewer.
