of the ppe�s hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, a road is to be constructed along the Bide of said premises,
said premises at this point having a high bank,
NOW, THEREFORE in consideration Of the premises and of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00; and other good and valuable considerations to us in
hand paid, we hereby give and grant unto the Village of Edina, a
minioipal corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota
a perpetual easement, ten feet(10 feet) in width, for the purposes
hereinafter set forth over the following- described pr -emises,•�tuatud
in said Hennepin County,to-wit:
South Ten Feet (10 ft.) of Block Sixteen
Mendellssohn lddition.
The purpose of said easement is to give and grant perpetually
unto said Village the right to Out Eway and establish and create
a slope or incline over the.s*Ld portion of said premises above
described so that the bank may be out away, sloped and inclined back
fro* the street line.
