of the premises hereinafter described, and
WREREAS, a road'is to be constructed along the side of said premises,
said premises at this point having a high bank,
NOWs THEREFORE,-in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One
Doller ($1.00) and Other good and valuable considerations to 'us in hand
paid, we hereby give and grant unto the Village of Edina,a nfttieipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota;a per-
petual easement, ten feet (10 feet) in width, for the purposes here-
inafter set forth over the following deseribed.premises situated in
said Hennepin Caunty,to -wit:
South Ten Feet (lo ft.) of Block Fifteen (15)
Mendellssohn Addition.
The purpose of said easement is to give and grant perpetually
unto said Village the right to.out away and establish and oreate
a slope or inoline diver the said portion of said premises above
described so that the bank may be out away, sloped and inclined
back from the street line.
