and across which the parcel of land hereby conveyed is located by reason of the location, grading, construction, mainte-
tiance and use of a public highway d pon aiW the removal of materials from the premises hereby conveyed and
from the uses incident thereto, and of U41CW-shall have the right to use and remove all earth and other
materials lying within the parcel of land hereby conveyed and the right to construct and maintain, upon the lands adjoin-
ing the parcel hereby conveyed, such snow fences as it may from time to time deem necessary and where the installation of
such fences do not interfere with the use of said property by the own�'r thereof.
And the said waive the right many and all notices for the removal of trees v,hedges
within the limits of the above described highway under the provisions of Section 2609 G. S. 1923 or otherwise and hereby
expressly waives any claim for damages on account thereof.
