of the premises hereinafter described situated in the village o! Edina,.
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota and
WHERW, the undersigned are desirous of having a sewer constructed and
thereafter maintained for the service of their property,
NO#, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.04) to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, we, the undersigned, hereby give and grant unto the Village
of Edina, a municipal corporation of the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, a perpetual easement of the necessary width and depth for
the c onstruction, inbtallation, operation, maintenance and repair of
a sanitary sever, in, under, over and upon the following described
premisee,to wit;
North 5 feet Lot 1 Edina Court
South 5 feet Lot 2 Edina Court.
It is understood that said danitary sewer will be constructed and thereafter
maintained as nearly as may be in the location upon said premises
established by the engineer in charge of the construction of said
sanitary sewer,
